 |  |  | The partners and staff at The Grove Medical Centre (formerly The Grove and Peterhouse Surgeries) are delighted to inform you of the completion of the major refurbishment at the Grove Road site. The site will now become fully operational from June 26th 2008 providing increased comfort and services for patients and staff.
We have used this opportunity to
incorporate state of the art facilities to
improve the patient experience when
attending the practice. These include:
Patients self check-in system to avoid delays when attending the surgery
Patient education screen which will
provide information on different health topics and up-to-date information on health issues.
Digital patient call-in system
Internet appointment booking system, allowing patients to book
appointments at any time of the day or night.
Patients will also benefit from the full range of services provided at The Grove Medical Centre which include:
Acupuncture for a variety of medical conditions
Minor surgery
Travel vaccination and advice clinics, including Yellow Fever vaccination
Health promotion and advice
Maternity and Child Health clinics
Medical examinations for
employment, life assurance and
immigration
The Practice will be offering late evening appointments for the convenience of those working outside the area. These will be pre-booked appointments.
